Our Venison Experience Day is a true look into our Estate to Plate ethos, providing you the chance to learn how to butcher, prepare, and cook venison.
This course is an exciting opportunity to get up-close with some of the Estate’s most beautiful residents, complete with a Deer Walk & Talk with Deer Keeper, Ollie Seage, followed by a butchery lesson in the larder and a half-day cookery course.
